Can someone make me a custom mini trainer sprite

Like the title says i want my own custom mini sprite for my pokemon ROM-hack, sorry im asking for this im just bad at spriting and i need my main hero : ) if anyone can do this for me i would appreciate it greatly : ) ill give you credits once im done with my hack : )
