Since other members are making there own Pokemon Sprites I would like to make my own as well too but what program do I need in order to make Pokemon Sprites

well..Photoshop or MS paint....We should REALLY have a simple Questions thread... -.-;

And if you want to make animations and/or make the background of your sprites transparent you should use Microsoft GIF animator...or something better...but microsoft GIF animator is totaly free.
