I'm looking for some good tuts on expanding pokedex, moves, etc. Using g3hs advanced series, etc. And just about any other useful tuts for rom hacking.

For the Moves, I don't really know what you mean. Do you mean adding moves from other gens? or do you mean adding moves created by yourself?
