Can someone tell me if Garchomp would be considered Uber WITHOUT the Yache Berry?

    You see, my Anime Club is planning on having a Pokemon Tournament and we're not sure whether to ban Garchomp (we're banning all Ubers) since, (from what I got) Garchomp became Uber because of the Yache Berry, but since we're banning all the Super-Effective Berries, we don't know if Garchomp would be allowed.

    So...would Garchomp be considered Uber by itself?
