I got tired of how a team had a special way of countering Skarmory so I decided to try something like this.

I need suggestions.

Umm Cune can take any kind of hits tbh. Don't use this just use standard Cune. If you must use ReflectCune use standard EVs I don't know them by heart nor do I have it in an NB box.

I just started NetBattle and I don't know the standard EVs so I threw some out.

I need a physical wall and people keep schooling Skarmory with FBLax and BOAH Tyranitar and all of that other crap.

People use anywhere from 24-28 EVs last time I checked I haven't battled seriously in a while though.

I'm a noob so don't laugh at me but isn't the 240 HP EVs have to do with standing 4 Seismic Tosses from Blissey?

Yes. It gets 401 HP with 240 EVs so it can stand 5 with Leftovers.
