    Say I make Pokemon... uh... Raging Scream. Yeah, "Pokemon Raging Scream". It's decomp emerald with the modern battle engine, questionable balance changes, and the worst writing known to man.

    Can people with this game battle with each other, trade with each other, and create a competitive scene around it?
