Can't break me, won't shake me.

The housing was just as Bradyn had expected it to be. Not just elaborate from the outside, but elaborate and well-constructed from the inside as well. The lighting, while not too dark, was perfect. The paintings on the walls, the color of the walls themselves... Were nice. It felt like some sort of dreamy hotel, in which Bradyn would never have the money to step in. That, or an elaborate house. It was also buzzing with activity; fans, officials, cleaning ladies... You name it, they were in sight! He found himself wondering if any of the ones that he saw walking around were competitors in the tournament, or if any of them were at least trainers themselves. They all had the "trainer look" in their eye... So, maybe they all were? As far as Bradyn knew, there weren't going to be sparring partners. Of course, it wasn't all that outlandish for a there to be other trainers here... For pokes-sakes, they had all (or most) been aiming to get into Stars of Sinnoh. Clearly, Bradyn wasn't using his head...

"Excuse me sir, are you... Are you Bradyn Kipsingh?"

Bradyn looked up, his warm brown eyes falling across the face of a young girl. She seemed to be right at twelve, that alone making Bradyn smile. That was the age he had started his journey... And although he "quit" two years later, it still had many good memories. Without speaking, Bradyn took the sheet of paper from the girl and pulled a pen from behind his ear, and as just as he was about to sign it he realized that it already had writing on it. Really nice handwriting, in fact.

"At this time Mr. Kipsingh, I would like to request that you meet me at the practice stadium located within the main stadium. When you arrive at the facility, I would ask that you please go to Room 6, enter the room, and await my arrival. I look forward to meeting you. You are one of the more interesting faces of the tournament...

With luck,
The Jasmine Flower

Feeling like a complete buffoon, Bradyn went to apologize for his assumption, but was alarmed to see that the little girl was no longer there. No... Just as soon as she had been there, with the paper, she was gone. Poof! As if that wasn't eerie enough, Bradyn had a sudden feeling that he was being watched. It was actually a feeling that he had felt the entire time that he had been in Sunyshore. He had merely overlooked it. He was paranoid enough as it was anyways, so making himself more hysterical... No, that wasn't needed. He couldn't let it stop him now, either. "The Jasmine Flower", whoever he or she was... Had requested his presence, and he needed to get right to that.

Well... After taking care of a few things.

After spotting the PC in the near corner, Bradyn took a moment to examine the six pokeballs on his belt. Five were occupied, with the exception of Vaporeon walking beside him, and those five pokeballs were some of his most loved Pokemon Bradyn had spent time with. Gallade, who was hard-headed. Leafeon, who was too energetic for his own good... Kingdra! Who, even when mean, was still pretty nice. Umbreon... A tough lover, crude at times, abusive at others... An ace in battle, though. Lastly... Glaceon. The toughest to deal with at times, and the Ying to Vaporeon's Yang, he was without a doubt the hardest to part with (next to Vaporeon, of course). So he wouldn't!

Instead, he would part ways for the time being with Umbreon and Kingdra, and instead replace them with Jolteon and Gothitelle. Umbreon and Kingdra would understand, he was sure of it... After all, although they would not take part in this battle, he would at some point use them in his stay here. They were a vital part of his team... But, he needed to try a little something new. Victory... Although nice, wasn't mandatory. If his fellow competitors did any sort of research on him, then they would see that his battling style had a bit of a predictability about it. He wanted to change that. Change it, and throw it completely out of the window. Of course... He was an Eevee trainer. While not a specific "title", he took a lot of pride in taking care of and evolving Eevee's. It was a sort of side job for him; with his own included, the Eevee evolutions he had taken care of and trained were well-known. While he didn't sell them... It is illegal, after all, he did give them to good and loving trainers.

But enough of that sap.

Taking his new team and heading out of the front door of housing, Bradyn took a second look at the paper that he had so harshly began to grip. The Jasmine Flower? That sure did sound familiar. Not that he knew any Jasmines, or had even battled against one for that matter. So it wasn't the name. Or it couldn't be. Also... The authority that this person seemed to have. While not direct or forceful, there was a confidence in the words that could only mean one or two things. This person was either 1. The sponsor of the tournament, or 2. Someone that knew the sponsor. Either way... The person certainly thought that they were a big shot! Or something close to it.

"So 'Jasmine Flower'..." Bradyn muttered under his breath, already at the giant doors of the stadium, already opening them and entering. "Whoever you are... We're about to meet."

Walking through the doors of the stadium, Bradyn was moved than impressed. He was floored. There was no shortage of intricate details, or extravagant paintings and water Pokemon statues. Yes... This was clearly a tournament to be focused (at least partially) on the importance of water Pokemon. The walls were again of a warmer color, not blinding, and the lighting in the stadium was far from the norm. There was a chandelier shaped to look like a Dragonair handing immediately above the entrance, and to the right and the left the halls were lit by wall lights in the shape of Goldeen's. Very water friendly, indeed. Straight ahead of him he could see an opening, and in that opening he could see nothing but darkness. The main stadium, perhaps? He was sure of it...

There was also barely anyone in the building. Was entrance prohibited at this point? Either way, Bradyn ran down the only person he saw in sight, of whom was at the end of the hall that was to his left. The man, while not entirely visible, seemed to be looking at Bradyn. Looking at him? Well, Bradyn was running... Still, though. It was a bit unnerving, coupled with all of the other things that Bradyn had came across recently, the feeling of someone watching him, the eerie (yet harmless) note... And this certainly was not helping.

And then...

Just as he was closing in on the man...

THUD.

A door, of which had been closed, opened. Bradyn was sent crashing to the floor, Vaporeon being alert enough to jump over the flying body of his trainer, immediately went to work trying to awake his apparent out-of-it trainer. First waking him with his long, mermaid-like tail, second headbutting him a few times in the arse... Vaporeon finally settled to do the one thing he knew Bradyn hated more than anything. Watermelon seeds, anyone? Opening his mouth, Vaporeon began to spit a flurry of watermelon seeds directly into Bradyn's forehead. Bradyn has always hated that... ESPECIALLY when he was sleeping. Oh well! Who said Vaporeon had to be nice? Besides... He thought it was a caring jester. Kind of.

"VAPOOOOOOOOREON!"

Yet another annoying habit.

"I'm up, I'm up! Shove off, will yeh?"

"You there. On the floor. Follow me."

Bradyn was able to push himself up off of the floor, just in time to see a mysteriously cloaked figure walking into a dimly-lit room. Back-tracking, Bradyn took a quick look at the door that had so harshly waked his charming face. Room Six, it stated, in italicized writing. Not dwelling too much on the moment, or how much more freaky the situation had just gotten, Bradyn followed the figure and Vaporeon who had both already reached the desired destination. Boy... Vaporeon sure was being a pushy little butt all of a sudden! Or at least more attentive. HE was usually the lazy one... Not Bradyn!

Just kidding. Bradyn is totally the lazy one.

Stepping into the room, it was again a wow moment for Bradyn. If the main stadium was anything like this one was... Then they were all surely in for a treat. Stadium-seating lined both the right and the left sides of the practice stadium, as well as on the other side of what was the "main attraction". The pool of water, with three squared blocks floating in the water on each side of the "field", seemed deep and never-ending. "Vaporeon and the others will love that advantage!" Bradyn thought to himself, barely noticing the fact that his Vaporeon was already in the water and swimming around like a kid fresh out of a long school year. How playful!

"Thank you for coming, Bradyn. I'm sorry for the rush, and for hitting you in the face with the door... Let us begin."

Bradyn had barely noticed the girl standing across from him, as she was no longer wearing a cloak. "Jasmine... Jasmine of Johto." Bradyn tried not to stare at the now-identified girl, but it was hard. He had not seen her since their battle two years ago, one that he had won with ease than to Vaporeon and one of Bradyn's other Pokemon, Blastoise. She had been nothing but pleasant... Before and after the battle. A rare feat, for most.

"Let me start by welcoming you. It was my idea to throw Stars of Sinnoh, and it really all came together at the last minute." Jasmine pushed some hair behind her ear, and continued on. "I have to admit, I wasn't sure that you, or any of the others would even consider this tournament. It is new, and it's a first year kind of thing... Sure it's in one of the vacation spots of Sinnoh, but I really had no idea of the turnout we would have. Your fellow competitors are very talented-"

"Yeah, I kind of got that. I'm really looking forward to competing here. Been a while since I've w-"

"Let me finish. Consider this a warning, Bradyn. Trust no one. You are safe here until you do. I don't usually make a habit to... Mingle with others, but consider yourself warned. It's all fun and games till someone gets hurt..."

"Literally."

Bradyn wanted to respond, but he was stunned. Was this REALLY needed? So much had already happened to make him wary, and this certainly was no help! Vaporeon didn't seem to like it either, as he soon got out of the luxurious pool and joined Bradyn by his side. Jasmine, though? She kept smiling, even as she came around to greet Bradyn face-to-face, a certain eeriness and fear deep in her eyes. Bradyn couldn't quite pick up on it, but it was enough to frustrate him and send him on a bit of a rage.

"I'm going now, Jasmine... I guess I'll see you around."

He turned to walk away, and then quickly turned back.

"I appreciate the warning... Maybe I can listen for once."

"Bradyn... It is best that you do so. Your life can very well depend on that."

What the hell was THAT supposed to mean?

"Yeah... Thanks?" Bradyn offered a small look of concern, and open the door. "I'll... Try to be wary of what you say."

This time he didn't wait for a response, and he didn't look down the hallway for the man he'd seen before Jasmine whacked him with the door the first time around. No... Despite the lingering feeling of curiosity he had, it was best for him to get out of there, and quick. After all... Didn't his life depend on it? Or something like that.

Seth stopped dead in his tracks as soon as he saw the inside of his room. The boy had to be dreaming, or Medicham pulled him into her dream, because there was no way he would be given such an extravagant room. Even if he was a finalist in the competition, would they have really splurged for such fancy rooms for him and the others?

Lilium had the exact different feelings from Seth, and proceeded to run in and jump onto the bed. She giggled to herself as the impact of her landing made her bounce back into the air. When she eventually landed on the bed completely, she jumped off to check the television, the bathroom, the view through the window, and then back to the bed again. The boy was embarrassed to watch each and every part of the exploration, but he was just thankful that no one came by to watch as well. On the other hand, Lilium worked hard in the preliminaries. She and Skitter both deserved the accommodations. In fact, he thought as he pulled out Skitter's pokeball, he should be allowed to see the room, too.

"Come on out, Skitter!" Seth said as he tossed the pokeball, the Galvantula landing in the middle of the room. He seemed star-struck as his surroundings seemed to seep in. They weren't in a normal Pokemon Center room. "Skitter, you and Lilium earned this room for us due to your hard efforts to get us into the final eight. So tonight the two of you can sleep outside if you want." Skitter seemed to cheer and join Lilium as he listened to Seth. It was hard to tell if they were really champion-worthy Pokemon with how they were acting, but Seth didn't care about that. He knew they were powerful contenders, and they'd only give it their all in their first match tomorrow (OOC: I assume it'll be tomorrow in RP time, yes?). As for his other pokemon, except Muk, who would sadly cause too much of a mess and putrefy the place in record time, they'd have the same chance as long as they could behave themselves.

Thinking about his other Pokemon, Artemis needed some exercise in the new location. She was always picky about getting the chance to fly around a bit in each new place they went, but it did give her a chance to understand the atmosphere and normal weather conditions. It would only give her an edge over other flyers that were crammed in their pokeballs until they were called out to battle. Walking over to the room's phone, the boy made a call for food to be sent to his room.

"This is the kitchen; what can we do for you, Seth?" A man on the other end of the phone answered as soon as a connection was established. Seth felt extremely embarrassed to be addressed by name. Not only had he never called down for food before, but he was sure that this employee probably had to remember where he was staying and refer to him by name. It would have been too much if it was in person.

"Er, yeah... uh-- I need six dishes of Pokemon food... one for Fighting, one for Poison, two for Bug, two for Dragon, one for Dark, and one for Water, please?" Seth asked, stammering a little between types.

"Okay, we'll have that delivered to you right away. You'll want them to eat with you in your room, right?" the employee asked, getting an immediate reaction from the boy.

"N-n-no!! I-I mean-- I have to go outside and feed them. One of my Pokemon really shouldn't be let out of its pokeball in here..." Seth said quickly, putting his free hand up in surrender like he was being addressed face-to-face, "So, er, can I have that delivered to the beach-side? I-if that's not a problem, that is..."

"Not a problem! We'll have someone send it to you when it's all set. Did you want to have something? Lobster? Caviar?" the employee asked, naming off some very odd choices of food. At least to Seth it was weird...

"I'm not really into that stuff... Maybe just a burger?" the boy requested as he looked over at his two Pokemon throwing pillows at each other.

"Sounds fine! We'll have everything sent out to the beach when it is ready," the employee said, then added, "Enjoy your stay and good luck in the Starts of Sinnoh!"

"Thank you, goodbye," Seth said as he hung up. He sighed as he looked over at the two Pokemon and told them to stop messing around. Instructing them to follow, the boy grabbed the key card on the desk and walked out of the room. Lilium closed the door after she and Skitter crossed into the hall. It was time to see the beach.

*** The Beach ***

"Oh, wow! It's so cool!" Seth thought out loud as he took off his shoes and socks and ran across the sand. He couldn't remember the last time he went to a beach, but the setting sun made everything look beautiful. It filled the boy with so much awe that he couldn't help but lose himself to a more carefree wonder that looked rather out of character to his normal nature. He raced his two Pokemon to the water. At the same time, he pulled out a third pokeball and tossed it into the air ("Artemis, come on out!"). A Hydreigon screeched as it appeared from the illuminations of the pokeball and hovered a few feet from the boy. Seth greeted it by hugging the neck of the middle head; the other two heads didn't mind, and even wrapped themselves around him to return the gesture. "Artemis, look at this place! I know you were a little mad at me for not letting you participate in the preliminaries, but I hope this makes up for it. And I promise you that you're appearing in the very first match."

All three heads smiled as they looked around the beach and decided that it was indeed very beautiful. Seth smiled as he looked at each head individually. In truth they were all Artemis, but to make them feel as equal as possible he gave them all sub-names (from left to right): Artemis A, Artemis One, and Artemis Alpha. They each had a different name, but each name stated how they were each important; to both the boy and each other. It was admittedly a rather corny and simple way to avoid naming them different names to differentiate them, but they never seemed to hate it. In fact, they seemed to like the idea. They also had time to get used to it; Artemis was one of Seth's first Pokemon.

"Okay then, Artemis. Do some flying around, as much as you see fit, but don't fly off too far away. Dinner's going to be coming soon," Seth instructed, petting each head and giving the far left and right heads a hug to equal out the previous one, "Sound good to you?" Hydreigon screeched again as it took off at an incredible speed. Yeah, each Artemis head loved to show off, so they put their all into displaying their power together. They'd eventually tire themselves out and return, and by that time dinner would be served. Turning back to Lilium and Skitter, they were once again playing. This time, they were splashing each other, and seemed to really enjoy every second of it.

Seth sighed to himself as he put all his valuables into his bag and tossed it to the side for a moment. Then he rolled up his pant legs so they wouldn't get too wet. He decided it was time to interact with the two Pokemon. "You call that splashing? You're lucky we aren't here for that competition!" Seth taunted, kicking a small wave of water at the two of them. Both Lilium and Skitter were surprised by the sudden attack, but they smiled to each other as they joined forces. Both hit the boy with enough water to cover him. The boy laughed as he fought back.

Eventually, it became a free-for-all splash match. They occasionally ganged up on each other, but they also took turns attacking both opponents at the same time. Artemis could be heard screeching happily in the distance. He could hardly believe that he pretty much had the whole beach for himself and his Pokemon alone...

Cornelius "Nel" Young
Sunnyshore City
Double Rematch

-----

"What is there to do...?" I wondered out loud as I sat at a chair in my room, eating a sandwhich. My Pokemon were all out and eating Pokemon food of their own. The room here was rather amazing; it was pretty good for regular tournament housing. Most would consider it beautiful but... I guessed that I was just used to things like this. It still looked very nice though. I finished off my sandwhich and turned to my Pokemon. Some had already finished eating while others weren't done yet.

"Come on guys, let's go." I said as I stood up and picked up the bowls of Pokemon food. I recalled all of the Pokemon besides Zel, whom was being a bit sluggish due to his eating so much. The two heads were extremely competitive, especially when it came to food. "Let's go, Zel."

"Zwei!" Exclaimed head Z, "Lo~us!" Countered head L. This was normal, they'd just suddenly yell at each other, and I had to distinquish between them by calling them "Z" and "L" which was why I called them Zel when I was talking to the both of them.

I walked out of my room and back outside, and almost immediately I heard two voices that made me cringe. Not them again. "YOU! WE DEMAND A REMATCH!" Yelled the girl that I had defeated earlier, and this time she was with her brother; both seemed ready to take me on. "A Double battle, four Pokemon will be used!"

"Whatever...," These two were too persistant. I grabbed two Pokeballs and tossed them into the air. Gummi Bear the Reuniclus and Belle the Victreebell materialized before me. The girl sent out her Altaria and the boy sent out his Emolga.

"Belle, use Sunny Day then Stockpile! Gummi Bear, use Thunder on Altaria!" The sunlight suddenly became intense all over Sunnyshore, and then Gummi Bear loosed a huge blast of lightning that fried the Altaria. The Altaria was attempting a Cotton Guard, but that didn't work very well. The Altaria went down in one hit.

"Torterra, Solarbeam!" The girl yelled as she recalled Altaria and tossed her second Pokeball. Instantly there was an intense beam of energy that blasted Gummi Bear.

"Emolga, Volt Switch!" The Emolga shot a small blast of electricity at Belle before it was replaced by an Unfezant.

"Reuniclus, use Pain split on Torterra, then use Recover and Psychic!" After Torterra's health had been lowered by Pain Split and Reuniclus was fully restored, Torterra was floating in the air with a faint purple aura glowing around him. Reuniclus dropped him into the ocean and left him there for a moment, and when he lifted him back up, the Torterra was unconscious.

"Aerial Ace!" The boy yelled. His Unfezant raced towards Belle at blinding speeds, until I commanded Belle to use Spit Up and she seemed to puke a glowing ball at him. Unfezant was hit in mid-air and flew off course; right into the side of a building. The unconscious Unfezant was recalled and replaced with Emolga.

"Dou-" The boy began, before I cut him off.

"Psychic and Power Whip!" The Emolga froze with the same purple aura around it, and then it was hit repeatedly with an intense whip. In a second, the Emolga was down. "Now, please stop wasting my time." I said as I recalled my Pokemon and walked away.

I was tempted to head into the stadium, but I had a feeling that it was still off limits. I decided to leave it alone for now and go explore the beach. I figured I could also let Tyke swim while we were there.

While bantering with Nightmare, Miharu heard faint footsteps on the grass. She turned around and saw a little girl coming up to her.

"Excuse me, are you Ms. Miharu Mizushima?" questioned the girl. She had a piece of paper in her hands and she handed it to Miharu. Miharu was only able to read it for a few seconds before Nightmare snatched the paper with a pen in his other hand. He wrote on it quickly and held it up to show his autograph.

"Would you like to have this little girl?" questioned Nightmare, handing it back to the little girl. The little girl glanced at it briefly before walking away.

"You could say you're welcome, y'know!" exclaimed Nightmare, enraged. "My autographs can sell a lot on eBay!"

Miharu sighed. "That was a letter, Nightmare. To me."

Nightmare shrugged. "Still doesn't change a thing."

Miharu rolled her eyes. "You are so lucky I was able to get a look the letter."

Miharu reviewed the letter in her head.

At this time, Ms. Mizushima, I would like to request that you meet me at the practice stadium located within the main stadium. When you arrive at the faculty, I would ask that you please go to room 6, enter the room, and await my arrival. I look foreword to meeting you and your Pokemon. I have seen you battle before and I know that you are quite amazing. The stories that you must have…

With Luck,
The Jasmine Flower

Miharu raised an eyebrow. "So, what, is this optional, or is the meeting with the boss-lady-person-thing mandatory?"

Nightmare stared at Miharu. "What are you smoking and where can I get some of it?"

Miharu recited the letter.

Nightmare whistled. "So, you're saying that she's watched you battle. That seems a bit creepy."

"Dude, the tournament battles are on television. And most people watch the tournaments anyways," Miharu stated. "Plus, Elite Four battles, international~!"

"Yeah, but the chances that she'll catch you at the right time is pretty slim, unless she's been watching the tournaments for all three days of the coverage," Nightmare stated.

Miharu shrugged. "Still, we should probably go."

"Alright, but if I have to save your ass from an assassin again, I'm getting out of there," announced Nightmare.

Miharu sent Nightmare a deadpan look.

-x-

Miharu sat down in the chair across from Jasmine. Nightmare was currently floating around, looking at the items that she had in her office. He did know better than to steal them; Miharu would probably kill him.

Miharu grinned. "It has been awhile since we last saw each other."

"It has," Jasmine agreed. "Quite a long time. Ever since you beat me for the gym badge. It's been what, six, seven years?"

"Just about," Miharu replied. "How is Ampharos anyways?

"He got married."

"Really? No way! Do they have any kids?"

Jasmine nodded. "Two Mareeps and one Flaffy."

"That is bloody adorable."

Jasmine nodded, suddenly turning serious. "But that's not why I called you here."

"Shoot."

"Let me start by welcoming you. It was my idea to throw Stars of Sinnoh, and it really all came together at the last minute." Jasmine shifted slightly, as if uncomfortable. Miharu narrowed her eyes as she read Jasmine's behavior. "I have to admit, I wasn't sure that you, or any of the others would even consider this tournament. It is new, and it's a first year kind of thing…"

Miharu shrugged. "You know me, always looking for new adventures."

Jasmine smiled faintly. "Yes. I do know."

Warning bells started ringing, but Miharu ignored them for now.

"It may be in one of the vacation spots of Sinnoh, but I really had no idea of the turnout we would have. Your fellow competitors are very talented."

Miharu nodded. She recognized all of the names.

"Let me give you a warning," Jasmine said. "Trust no one. You are safe here until you do. I don't usually make a habit to…Mingle with others, but consider yourself warned. It's all fun and games 'till someone gets hurt…

"Literally."

The warning bells grew louder as Miharu tensed. Nightmare, sensing something strange, prepared for battle.

"You know me," Miharu laughed. "I do not trust anyone. The only ones I trust are my Pokemon."

"You get close to people easily," Jasmine stated. "You have as much friends as you do enemies."

"Does not everyone?"

"Not like you," Jasmine said. "Definitely not like you. You did have an assassin after you once, correct? And friends with a legendary like Mewtwo as well…What a strange trainer you are."

Miharu froze. Nightmare froze. The Pokemon in Miharu's pokeballs froze.

"I-I never told anyone that," Miharu said. Those warning bells were becoming bloody sirens. "In fact, no one knows about that."

Jasmine smiled. It didn't reach her eyes. "I have my sources. Just, take my advice well. Your life can very well depend on that."

"Thanks for the warning mate, but I still have not checked out my room," said Miharu. "See you later."

Teleport. Now.

Bishamon teleported Nightmare and Miharu deep inside a forest near the grounds.

"What the **** was that?" exclaimed Nightmare. "I know I just joked about the assassin, but…"

"You never let the details go, and no one should really know about Mewtwo," said Miharu. "Perhaps the girl overheard the joke and told Jasmine about the assassin, but who would know the details of my friendship with Mewtwo? I never told anyone, not even the Professor."

There is something not right here.

"I know. I feel like either getting the bloody hell out of here, or staying so I could get some answers," Miharu admitted. "Vote?"

"I vote going," Nightmare said surprisingly. "We can pick up our stuff and teleport out of here."

I would say staying, Bishamon said surprisingly. We need to find out where the leak is coming from. It's not coming from the team for sure, so who would know? You didn't even tell Cynthia, and she's your closest friend.

Miharu nodded. "Team votes?"

There were a few moments of silence. Staying. Going Staying. Staying.

"Then we stay," Miharu announced. "But, let us be really careful. I hope I remembered to pack that Migraine."

And Xanax(1).

Miharu snorted. "Like I want to be addicted to that. If I do get sensory overload, it would probably be better for me to stay inside my room all day with the lights off and it being quiet."

What if it happens during the day of one of your battles? You would not be able to stay inside all day.

Miharu sighed. "Unless in those circumstances, I just sleep it off. I still would not be battling at my best, though."

"We know how to battle without you," Nightmare stated. "You trained us too well for us not to."

Miharu smirked. "Awww, you do love me after all!"

Nightmare rolled his eyes. "Tch. Whatever."

However, Miharu had this strange feeling. "Bishamon, let us try to teleport out."

Okay...

There were a few moments of silence. Miharu growled.

I-I'm blocked. I've never seen anything like this. I can teleport us to another location in this city, obviously, but NOT to get out.

"Damn, so my instinct was right," Miharu muttered.

Nightmare frowned. "What instinct?"

"That now that we are here, we cannot leave. Unless in a body bag."

(1) Xanax is most commonly used for panic and anxiety disorders, but it can be used to help with sensory overload since it is a "downer" (apparently). So, it's not used for panic and anxiety disorders, it is used for sensory information overload. xD

Both Nightmare and Bishamon looked at Miharu in confusion.

"That's ******* messed up!" Nightmare shouted.

Miharu groaned. "Damn. This is really going to suck arse."

Bishamon frowned. Does Jasmine know about this?

"I think Jasmine is the one who planned it..." Miharu trailed off. "Damn, for all we know, she could have spies everywhere! We need to keep a DL. Bishamon, we should transfer our thoughts to each other by telepathy."

Just what I was thinking, master.

"What about me!" exclaimed Nightmare.

Bishamon can be the middle man, right?

I suppose so.

Nightmare raised an eyebrow. Hey, this is pretty freaky.

You'll get used to it. You'll get used to it.

Oh! Being simultaneous on me?!

How did you even know the meaning of the word?

Excuse me, but I think we're being a tad off track here.

Oh, right. I think Jasmine was the one who planned it. Who has the power around here? Unless Jasmine is just a figurehead, it would have to be her.

Since when did gym leaders go evil?

Since money can be used to by off gym leaders. And even that could not be the reason.

Can money buy you over?

Miharu snorted. If money could buy me over, I would be rich from whatever **** you had to give me in order to stay quiet.

So true. Ah, the opportunities lost.

What's the plan?

We stay and watch, of course. We can't really do much else. We should also investigate. I knew spying on that group would have it's advantages!

Too bad they sent an assassin after you.

Too bad it didn't kill you.

Miharu rolled her eyes. You knocked out Mew just to save me. You can go shut up now.

Nightmare grumbled, telepathically, but otherwise kept quiet.

Damn straight. Should we warn the other battlers?

Who knows who could be with Jasmine. It should stay between us for now.

All opposed?

Silence.

Good. Now let's get the **** to our room.

Bishamon teleported them there.
