3rd Gen can't catch suicune please help

Train a wobbuffet higher than Lv 50 and put it first in your party. But it can be annoying when you find a pokemon you don't need. Or if you have colosseum, get Suicune from there. Does the colosseum Suicune have the same stats as an lg suicune?

every pokemon is unique, so having two pokemon of the same species can be extremely rare having the same stats.. but you can get Suicune from colosseum and trace it in LG in the pokedex

The only Pok?mon that has different stats to different versions is Deoxys *implodes*

Oops...I should've said if the colo's levels and moves are the same as the Lg's

Probably, unless Suicune learns a new move at level 50
