[Error] Can't Cross Maps

    Alright, so I'm having this really weird issue lately where my map connections ARE working and I can see the map, but when I try to cross over to it, I just can't. What makes this issue even weirder is that it is wholly inconsistent as hell. Sometimes it doesn't work, but other times it works just fine. I'm fairly certain it's something I added since the worst I get in base Essentials is a minor lag spike when crossing maps, so I'm not asking for an outright solution to the problem. What I am asking for is if anyone has had a similar experience as to mine and how they solved it if they did. I'll even take suggestions for solutions from people who have never had this issue. I'm just really stuck right now.
