[Other] Can't disable Emerald animations

    I start to create a new Pokemon hack using Emerald room, so here is the problem i try to DISABLE EMERALD ANIMATIONS COMPLETELY using chaos rush tutorial but it doesn't work for me, so please can anybody create a patch with already disabled animation and upload patch here :)

    Chaos Rush did one. Its in the old ROM Hacking Resources, and I think I have it, too...

    edit: btw, it doesn't take any free space.
