5th Gen Can't find Flash TM

    I've been trying to look for Flash, and serebii.net says you can find it in the Castelia City alleyway. But I've looked several times and I can't seem to find it. Can anyone provide help?

    In one of the alleyways a man with sunglasses gives it to you when you pass in front of him.
