[Tool] Can't Open Game with PGE

    Posting this here to see if anyone would be able to open my hack with PGE. I cannot figure out how to make it work no matter what I try.

    I've tried editing the .ini as well as other things and nothing works. Please, if anyone can help it would be so appreciated.

    I'm unable to get A-tack working on my PC and my hack also doesn't seem to work with G3T. All I really need to do is edit attack descriptions.
     
    I myself tell people to not use PGE anymore. Please look into using Pokemerald.
