    I don't know if this is because of that major problem, but none of the buttons work, other than new thread and new post and whatnot

    I can't go to quicklinks, I can't change the forum style, and I can't bold/italicize/Underline without typing it manually. I want to re-update my signature DX
     
    Everything seems to be working for me, what layout are you using, and what browser?

    Have you tried going into your Control panel, going to Edit Options, and changing your layout from there?
