[Graphics] cant show title screen in the rom!!! emerald

So i was following a tutorial on "hacking the title screen" which was also on poke community
and i followed the steps correctly but i just get a blank screen and the Pokemon logo is also not there!!
PLS HELP!!!☹️

i ALSO HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM
I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE THE VERSION BANNER WORK!!!😑
YOU KNOW, splitting the 128x128 image into a 64x64 image
could you probably do that for me???😅
