    Okay, so you've all heard of card rating.
    Well, I'm starting it up here.
    So as the first one, here are some general rules of "Card of the Day":
    No spamming saying, "ya neat card" or any of that. You must say something good about it, and give it an X/10 rating.
    So with that, have fun, and enjoy the Card of the Day!
     
    I think it really deserves a 9/10. It's pretty good. I have a couple of them myself.
     
    I got a powerhouse deck once I pulled my raichu lv.x/raichus (needed the second e-vire and just can't be bothered to order and wait) but just couldn't seem to get it to work fast enough (To voltage shoot reliably I'd need Bronzong support, and I just really hate having a 3 RC pokémon if I'm not even going to attack with it [though I love Bronz in Dusknoir]). LA Magnezone works better for me, in my experience.

    5/10 IME, though people say its better.

    Excuse me, sir? You are hardly the first one to start a CotD thread here. Archuleta Shuckle posted them constantly while he was a Moderator. And there are already rules for them. So please, do not take credit for things that are not yours.

    Anyway, as for the card: sure, the idea of doing so much damage and having a Poke-Power to self-recharge is interesting in theory, but the prospect of having to attack only every other turn in a dedicated Electric deck and the possibility of discarding all that energy for nothing makes the card itself not so attractive a choice. The Resistance is alright, but the Weakness with a D/P-weak 100 HP means it won't be around for very long and the Retreat Cost is too costly on a Pokemon that is already heavy on energy discards.

    It can work, but it would need a lot of focus and a lot of luck. 5/10
     
    Well, I was unsure because I checked both pages and didn't see any of these, so...

    But you did hit some good points with this card.
