i was just thinking. it seems fun to use. maybe 3 weather moves and weather ball. does anyone think it would work well?

No, the three weathers plus Weather Ball's the best. Weather Ball, under them, will make your opponents cry in frustration. :P

Fire+Water+Ice= Walled by most water types. You should only have one wheather move. One that helps your team.

He's too slow to be a sweepr, but he's got a terrific movepool, specificly the Rain Dance set:
