4th Gen Catching Uxie/Azelf

I have a few questions about catching Uxie and Azelf.
    1. Are there any Dark/Ghost type Pokemon? If so, where and how can I get them?
    2. I'm having trouble finding a pokemon with a move that puts the enemy to sleep, especially since no TM moves teach such a move. I would use jigglypuff, but it would die in one hit. Gastly does not come with hypnosis. Is there any way for me to get a pokemon with a sleep move that will survive at least one attack? And does the grass starter end up learning sleep powder?

    1) Spiritomb is a Dark/Ghost but it's actually harder to get him than the other two combined. I forgot exactly how to get him but it involves a lot of wireless play.

    2) Sorry but I'm not really sure. I had my Luxray keep using spark until they're paralyzed.

Well, I just managed to catch uxie, mainly because he knows only psychic moves, so my sneasel just kept using false swipe when uxie was almost dead, only taking damage from future sight.

Thanks for the tip about spiritomb. I can probably catch azelf faster than spiritomb, though, if it is as tedious as it seems. The reason that i ask if there is a combination is that it would be immune to uproar and confusion, thus only weak against future sight. But I might as well just paralyze it. (I got lucky this time. I thought my raichu had thunder wave, but it didn't. I used thunder, and it paralyzed it).

Just caught Mesprit. Now for the hardest one- Azelf.

I found a great strategy for Azelf. Finally, Flash is not so useless. Get a decent Raichu with thunder wave, and teach it Flash. Equip it with a quick claw if it is slower than Azelf. Start out using thunder wave, then continuously use flash. It will barely land a hit, making it next to useless. You can use Flash 6 times, then Azelf's accuracy will not go any lower. You can also use double team (again, maximum 6 uses) or another evasion move with any pokemon, making it nearly impossible to be hit. Also, almost any pokemon is faster than Azelf now, due to paralysis, and will sometimes be unable to attack.

Actually, get a Roselia, and teach it GrassWhistle, make sure it's no lower than L. 43 (otherwise Azelf and Uxie might kill it). Bring in something with Crunch (I used Luxray) to weaken it, then use something that's "not very effective" (i.e. Mach Punch for Infernape). When it's HP appears to be a VERY SMALL sliver, bring in Roselia (preferably during Uproar for Azelf). Use Grasswhistle the second it's done Uproaring, then chuck Dusk Balls until your thumbs go raw. Basically, that's how I caught the two.

the best way I find to do it is get a REALLY high level Weivle(sp?) teach it False Strike and spam that on it it cannot go past 1 hp ^^ also Sableye is Dark/Ghost

Well, The way I caught my azelf was with a Hoot Hoot, my gengar and Machop, lol

What I did was I got Hoot Hoot to hypnotise (I got it at the safari with hypnosis) then machop did 2 seismic toss' and gengar got it to red with a night shade, then I brought out Spiritomb and spammed Preimer Balls, and I caught it!

Yeah, I agree, I have 2000 pokeballs, to just get a measly 200 premier balls. Infact, I will trade masterballs for 6 premeir balls. Because I think it has the best opening animation, when you try and catch one it has red and white swirls and I was like, Awesome!
