3rd Gen Caught Suicune at full health

I encountered Suicune on my FireRed. I had a Larvitar at Lv 25 out in front and I knew I would never get a shot off, so I just threw an Ultra Ball at it before it ran away. AND IT ACTUALLY WORKED!!!!!!!!
