can you that have issues do a quick test:
If you are on windows: start > run > cmd then type nslookup input.insights.gravity.com

what does it say?

linux / apple: open a terminal and type in: dig input.insights.gravity.com

I have not experienced this problem at all as of yet, is it fixed?
