2nd Gen celbie might could be in G/S/C!?

    I remember reading somewhere that in G/S/C you go and see oak in kanto and he gives you a sphere thing and if you put it in the shrine in ilex forest a celbie comes.
     
    No, he doesn't. A Celebi event has been in the Japanese version of the game, but has been removed in all following versions of it.
    There's no way it's obtainable in the game without cheating.
