3rd Gen Celdaon City Problems

Well, this has been on my mind for a while.
In leafgreen, at the bottom of the town, there are two places that strike me as suspicious.
The first is the hotel. You can't go in it or do anything. (Not story related)
The second is the restaraunt. You can't get anything in it. (Not story related)

I think u get the coincase from a guy in the resturaunt.

Not all the stuff in the game are related to the story...they are there because...they are there.
But yeah the guy at the restaurant gives you a coin case

Interestingly, in the original Red and Blue versions, you can access the PC inside the hotel building. There is no PC in the hotel, but it's actually sitting right there in its usual place; it's just invisible.
