Does anyone know when Celebi event exits for the U.S?

Yes, yes I do.
You have to go to Gamestop between Feb. 27 and Mar. 7 to get it.
If you want to see for yourself, go to bulbapedia, event pokemon, by year, 2011. :')
The three dogs are also being given away right now, BTW.
