2nd Gen celibe in g/s

i started playing silver 2 months ago and i have 179 pokemon but right now im looking for celibe. i here u can get him by a going to a nintendo event.
if that is true can u tell me or tell me another way to get him without gameshark. thnk u

No way and that's Celebi, not Celibe.

The nintendo events are over for g/s/c. The only other way you can get him is through codes. Sorry, maybe you can find someone you know who has them.
