4th Gen Chaining problem..

[Ouch stop shocking me Chinchou.]

Whenever I get to 40 while chaining whatever it is I'm chaining, after awhile, it just says "The grassy patch remained quiet" when I can clearly see every patch of grass. This is really getting on my nerves, as I am still yet to chain my first shiny, this problem always occurs and I am sick and tired of just breaking the chain for no reason. Am I doing something wrong? Please help me. If this should of just gone into the Q&A thread, I'm very sorry, but it could be several problems, so I want to get to the bottom of it and find out, if you can help, please do.

It happens every now and then. I had 100 chain Beldum and it said that.

But would that necessarily break the chain? Can't you just use max repel and continue running through the grass, then try the PokeRadar again after it's recharged?

Keep running around and resetting, its all good. It happened to me as well.
