Until you find out the IV's its a no go

There were no miscommunications.... We both knew what we were talking about.
And im not worriying about it, was jsut telling you it was hacked and you had to argue it wasnt :/
Ive asked my friend to Check it ( because he has the Hack Checking software ) and as soon as he replies ill VM/PM you

Yea that Palkia's deffinately hacked.... lol
And i know the Celebi is hacked for multiple reasons
1: 10th Anniversary Pokemon cannot be shiny
2: The only other way to obtain Celebi is i think the Agato Event and Through HG/SS
3: It is extremely hard to get a Shiny Pokemon in HG/SS due to more RNG Abuse Research is needed
4: You say you got it from 10thANNIV? then it cant possibly be a different event and again no 10th Anniversary Event is or can be Shiny :/

Its no big deal. I'll take your word for it. BUT, the HGSS stuff is totally legit. The palkia is hacked, but because it is PKRS, I can use it to spread the virus to unhacked pokemon. Idk who sent me the palkia. Should I report it to nintendo?

Nah that would be a poinless effort, there are so many people with AR's/Other hacking devices your effort wouldnt matter due to all the others out ther, and yes its possible to get a Lv1 palkia BUT only in HG/SS but that Palkia is probably hacked since you said this happened a while ago and HG/SS just came out...
