Strategy? Also, 9 energy seems very low, especially when you are trainer locking yourself out of energy retrieval and switch.

I'm assuming that the strategy revolves around retreating Chandelures repeatedly and dropping damage. It tends to be a hit-or-miss kind of thing, but I think trainer locking yourself in a build like this really only inhibits yourself.

The deck is supposed to do 60 damage a turn without getting KOed yourself. The trainer lock prevents Pokemon Catcher and PlusPower from taking prizes. I use Chandelure's Ability to do 30 damage, retreat for free with help from Dodrio, and use the other Chandelure to do the same thing. Every third turn, I use Blissey to heal all damage from the Chandelures and do the same thing, assuming they're only doing straight damage to the active. I could actually run less energy because I don't plan to attack with Chandelure very often. It's very possible to attack, but it's not necessary. I do enough damage as it is to win.

    Editing, actually:
    -1 Doduo
    +1 Jirachi
