[Other] Change gender forever + extend max. cry lengh ?

    I have two questions:
    1. How can I manage to let the gender of the player change forever when you complete the Pokemon League once?(Pokemon Firered)
    2. Can I somehow extend the maximum lengh of the pokemon crys (Also Firered)?
