You can change thier names by visting the name raters house. I don't know what game you are playing so I can't tell you where he is at.

In emerald I think he is in 2 different spot one is in lilycove and I can't remember where the other spot is, I think it is slateport but I'll have to check.

I think it's Lilycove only. I don't recall there being a second Name Rater place. Why need one?
