If they do decide to remake G/S/C, what do you think will change and what do you want to change?
For me I think they will change the game to 3D, even though it will not feel the same as the original. But if they do make it 3D, I think that GAMEFREAK will do a better job than in D/P because they will have more experience.
They might change things in Kanto a little bit, but who knows.
I want there to be more involved in Kanto, because just fighting the gym leaders is kinda boring. Plus, when you are in between beating Gary and going to face Red, there is a LOT of training to do. When you actually beat Red, the game loses focus and the all important story line factor.
The Elite 4 needs to be a little bit harder (+5-8 levels). I don't think having a level 48 Quilava, a level 50 Suicune and a level 49 Sudowoodo is enough to call yourself a Pokemon master.
Finally, if they can put in something that includes becoming a gym leader or teaming up with an in-game character, that would be awesome. Games like Pokemon always end too soon, they need more side-quests and stuff like that (i.e. the geneator in Cerulean).
Post what you think should be included in a G/S/C remake. :)
EDIT:Thanks ultimatelegend, I totally forgot about including the Orange Islands. They were my favorite episodes, right beside the Johto Journeys.
