Hello, I'm trying to make a small little ROM hack for myself in pokemon emerald (just changing pokemon types, the pokedex, pokemon found in routes, and other small things like that). When I tried to edit the pokedex order, it does not seem to work, and I'm not sure how to get it to function correctly. I've tried to move Pokemon to the pokedex number I want them to be in while making all other pokemon have 0 as their pokedex number (For example, I moved Totodile to number 7 in the Hoenn dex and then I moved Mudkip to 0). I'm using Pokemon Game Editor (PGE) in order to edit the order. What am I doing wrong?

So I downloaded HMA and went to the regional dex editor, but I'm not sure what to do from here. Should I change all of the unwanted pokemon in the dex to zero or is there something else I need to do?

I tried doing that, but whenever I try to open up the Regional Pokedex editor, it gives me an error and then tells me to close the program. What should I do?

After that happens,a file named crash.log should appear inside your HMA's folder, send that crash.log to the creator of HMA,it'll tell you what is wrong, and if there is a bug in the tool ,he'll fix it
