Changing the colour of text when obtaining an item

My problem is this:

How do I change the color and especially the textbox, when you receive an item?

You would have to type certain symbols before the text like I know \b stands for blue so the text: "\bAre you here for a pokemon?", that whole text would all be in blue. If you want to change the textbox, you can go into "Graphics" folder, then go to "Pictures" and find the message box and edit it.But if it would be for a certain event, it would have to involve script used for that event.

This is actually a textbox automatically generated when the player gets an item, not something from the event. He'd have to edit the scripts for item giving.
