CHANSEY!!!! The luck..

Oh my god! Stretched Chansey!!! Happy go-o-lucky!

I like the attacks, specially the last one, but having a Chansey deck... OMG...

You should have written on the Level Up thingie "Levels up from Chansey"... Oh well...

Very nice card! Perfect placement! Just a few failures (*shootsstrenchedstadiumchanseypic*)...
 
You misspelled 'bite' in the description.
Still, good card. I can definately tell you're improving.
 
Really a original idea o_o... Personally I feel than this blank could be improved a little but the idea really liked me. Now the Illustration could be better in the background, I feel than the color don't do stand out to Chansey and the deformation effect really don't like me
