    Where can I find Chansey in Pokemon Red, Yellow and Green?

    u can find him in the safari zone.but he is the rarest pokemon there. good luck.
     
    in the safari zone, but not only is she very rare, she flees every time you toss a ball, rock, or bait. i suggest doing the safari trick where you battle safari pokemon on cinnabar island, or just trading one from G/S/C
