What does palcity mean? o.o;

PALCITY is the OT of the four movie pokemon that are being given away at the 10th pokemon movie in Japan. Darkai, Lucario, Mew, and Manaphy are the pokemon being given out. All four of them are at level 50 and they all have a special ribbon to distingish them from hacked versions. Three of the pokemon have Japanese names, while Lucario is the only one that has an Enlgish name.

Secondly, all my pokemon are cloned. If you don't like that, get out.

Third, I strongly prefer basic shinies. An example of this would be a Lotad rather than Ludicolo.

Finally, all my pokemon are LEGIT, I expect yours to be the same.
