Level: 16
Nature: Serious
Ability: Rain Dish
Stats: HP = 40
Attack = 16
Defense = 15
Sp. Atk = 19
Sp. Def = 23
Speed = 16

Moveset: Astonish, Growl, Asorb, Nature Power
