Ever since they were released, I have wanted to make a deck using the Sky Scourges, the only problem with such being that I was never able to get them...until now. Now that I've been able to get copies of all three, I've been re-energized into the thought of being able to use them, and as such have made this deck (this was also an attempt to remake the matching deck from Frosty's "OCG Deck list" thread a while back using only cards available in the TCG) :

    Monsters - 24

    Jinzo
    Sky Scourge Invicil
    Sky Scourge Invicil
    Sky Scourge Norleras
    Blowback Dragon

    Marshmallon
    Shining Angel
    Shining Angel
    Shining Angel
    Sangan
    Giant Germ
    Giant Germ
    Giant Germ
    Magican of Faith
    Exiled Force
    Neo-Spacian Grand Mole
    Morphing Jar
    Mask of Darkness
    Giant Orc
    Giant Orc
    Treeborn Frog
    Snipe Hunter
    Skelengel
    Skelengel

    Spells - 12

    Lightning Vortex
    Smashing Ground
    Fissure
    Brain Control
    Premature Burial
    Heavy Storm
    Creature Swap
    Creature Swap
    Enemy Controller
    Enemy Controller
    Mystical Space Typhoon
    Card Destruction

    Traps - 5

    Deck Devastation Virus
    Mirror Force
    Solemn Judgement
    Solemn Judgement
    Solemn Judgement

    Side Deck:
    1x Dimension Fusion
    2x Nobleman of Crossout
    2x Shield Crash
2x Return from the Different Dimension
    1x Sky Scourge Enrise
    1x Sky Scourge Norleras
    2x Banisher of the Radiance
2x Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World
    2x Dark World Lightning

Some explanation, because I know there's going to be questions on some of the card choices:

Because Splendid Venus & ANGEL 07 haven't been released in the TCG yet, I had to substitute with a different sort of lock. Without anything to negate monster effects well enough, I had to instead go with destroying the monsters before they can do very much, hence Exiled, Blowback, Snipe Hunter (who also lets me get rid of those dead S/Ts once Jinzo & Invicil are out), DDV, and a couple of the Spell choices. Solemn Judgement is also there as a semi-replacement to Skull Discovery while serving double-duty as protection, and replaced Royal Decree because I personally feel that Jinzo + Invicil is enough. The rest should be rather self-explanatory.

So...rates, please? Suggestions would be highly appreciated.

I personally never liked all the Sky scourge in the same deck x.x It's just too much stress on the graveyard on what to go in there then... Sky Scourge Norlera destroy your own soft lock so that is sort of counter productive. I'll rather choose Norlera or Invinhil and stick with it... (Enrise is chaos sorcerer severely weakened, so ehhhhh. No metamorphosis anymore to follow it up with Cyber Twin.)

Got to agree with Frostweaver on that one; Norleras is so extreme-end in his effect that he doesn't like squabbling with others for his tributes. It's basically summon Norleras, use A Feather of the Phoenix to stick Dimension Fusion on top of your deck then win the game. (Or run a random Bubbleman in there to put you two draws and a monster ahead of your opponent in the oncoming topdeck race :3)

Also, Summoning Nova > Shining Angel. You're only pulling fairies with it anyway, but Nova can play them in defense. Pot of Avarice has absolutely no place in a deck that's already struggling to dump enough monsters, so remove that. Also where's Dimension Fusion/RftDD to make use of all those monsters you're chucking out of play? You could also try running Dark World Lightning for face-down removal and then sticking in a few copies of Goldd or Silva. (Also dark attribute fiends, who play well with your discard effects and serve as additional fodder for Deck Destruction Virus). As much as you love the card, I'd also suggest dropping Blowback Dragon. There are just sooo many monsters already, yet you'll really want to get to your spells and traps before Invincil shuts either out.

But yeah, either Invincil or Norleras imo. The two favor pretty much opposite styles of play.

Not to mention, Six Samurai is a better version of chaos nowadays, actually ;p Enishi is that brutal and powerful. I hope Six Samurai makes top 8 with Enishi's release ^^

Also notice the lack of beatsticks in the nontribute... just all recruiters and a Snipe Hunter basically. Giant Orc is never exactly a very reliable one either. I'll recommend Creature Swap x2 because you really need more ways to reach some stronger monster before you can tribute, especially if they got banisher of the radiance. Right now, this deck in monsters have no way to get banisher except tribute monster, exiled force, sniper hunters effect and the 2 giant orcs. Banisher alone kills 8 monsters though through battle without cost and destroys any sense of recruiter chain. You need the extra spell for monster removal, and creature swap do it well (not to mention, that's a light fairy too for you to steal and tribute Invincil.)

Hmm...that is true. I really liked the idea, but...I suppose it is kind of counter-productive...

That being said, however, I still want to avoid removing two of them altogether. Enrise is monster removal, but...I suppose it can go. I'm not against cutting down on one of the others, but I don't want to remove it completely. Hmm......

    -1 Enrise
    -1 Norleras

    Point already taken.

...And you were teasing me about high-risk high-return techs. XP

Summoning Nova also costs a lot more than Shining Angel, making it less likely to get in triplicate. PoA is more or less for post-Norleras, but it can go as well. I left Dimension Fusion out of the main deck (it's sided) due to conflictions with the Invicil/Jinzo lock.

    ...I can't believe you're suggesting the random Goldd/Silva here.

    Eh...

    -1 PoA
    -1 Blowback Dragon

    +2 Creature Swap

    *goes to edit deck*

Thanks, you two. Anything else jumping out?

I personally really REALLY want to kill off shining angel and skelengel because skelengel are so slow (can't poke like dekoichi either) and shining angels exist for the sake of existing =/ But then, any better alternatives are all the secret rares because they're too cheap to release the actual light structure deck >>; all the good light/fairy are stuck there so it's probably beyond affordable, except banisher of the radiance... which doesn't work with norleras and works only if it's pure invinhil.

Reaper is worth considering even though it's not dark/fiend and we don't have CCV out in common for TCG, but for a deck this slow, you really can consider. (I'll personally replace mask of darkness, because there's lack of traps to really recover, provided that jinzo and invinhil didn't stop traps already.) Neo Spacian Grand Mole is also worth considering, because that is another easy monster removal as well which this deck can really use (however, the problem with that is the card's price itself >>; )

Oh and the reason why I haven't connected online for WC07 yet is because I still have to unlock lv 6 duelist (noooo my banisher of the radiance is stuck in that last booster pack ;_; ) and I *hate* the theme/limited duel x_x

So would I, actually, but it's just as you pointed out. For that exact reason I very much hope they actually keep the Sky Scourges in WC08.

Reaper...is a thought, but I'm pushing towards Marshmallon and post-Norleras Treeborn for the stalling. Also, it would mean going towards Tomato as well (which would have SO been in here if they were actually Fiends), but there's only so much deckspace needed for Scourge food.

Actually...I was indeed able to pull a Grand Mole from one of the two (literally two) packs of STON I've purchased, and I still have it, so price is actually not an issue at all there. So...that over an Exiled, I suppose?

    Spoiler:

(oh i have plenty of DP, i just don't have the actual pack unlocked -___-; Some of those challenges suck *really* bad. Like, do I want to make a brand new deck to try to summon a darn Exodia Necros? Not at all. Do I really want to ritual summon 5 times? Even less.)

    I will replace Exiled Force with Mole yes ^_^;
