Ya, I know it can spread, otherwise I'd only have one pokemon with pokerus.
I only clone in Emerald version. I don't clone in Diamond because I've heard that you can get banned from GTS.

Yes, they can spread pokerus. Ditto is on the national dex, so I don't know if I could get that with a trade, but we can try it out.
