Pikaki is an experiment.Only Koji,France,Jolt,and himself know this about him,from Pikaki.He isn't just an experiment.He was an acidental experiment.It happened when Team Shocker(info later) had already made other electric pokemon clones,of their own.They were planning to make a Pikachu clone,with over 9999 bolts of electricity,to take over the world.Luckily,a boy named Ash Ketchum broke into their lab,and knocked a chemical into the experiment's pod.Accidently.Then it happened.It made the Pikachu clone's ears turn blue!It has over 9999 bolts of electricity!And yet,it had ice and water powers,making it resist water and ice's abilities!Making it stronger and stronger!Then,it broke out.It had not been named,however.Next,the clone ran so fast,he... passed out.Not that he had life,though.No,he wasn't created to run free,when he had no allergic and ability tests,to see if he could or not.He had been in the sun... too much!When he woke up,he was held in a... female Raichu's arms?Well,it had Pichu babies.All he heard from the Raichu was,in pokemon-talk,"You're name is now... Pikaki."He had been trained by it.Not that he needed it,though.They found out he had powers,a pokemon has never had before.A pikachu with ice,water,and over 9999 bolts of electricity?That was unheard of!Not anymore,now that Pikaki has exsisted.Pikaki told them the explaination of his life,but didn't understand it himself.So,he said good bye to the Pichu and Raichu family.But,then,a young blue cheeked Pichu hugged Pikaki's leg,and begged,"I want powers like you!"Pikaki nodded,and replied."I'll teach you."It's name was Koji.Koji and Pikaki traveled,and met many others.
