I found this card on instagram, I tried looking it up but only found something similar on eBay. Here is the card:

So, that looks like it's a recently released Japanese XY-P card (#276) that was released with the left book in the listing you linked. That book was released in September. Not sure when the other book in that set was released.

Gameplay-wise, it's functionally the same card as the Charizard EX (11) in Flashfire.

I did find listings for the book on a couple other retailers while searching for more information about it.
