You all know how you can find the rotom forms in the Silph co. building in Saffron city right? Well if you read the journal on the desks it will tell you a story about a child who found rotom, and it was signed by a person whose name started with a "ch". I researched this and found out it was Charon, the leader of team galactic! This really surprised me lol

You can catch rotom, or it just talks about the rotom forms?

No, you cannot catch rotom there, but if you transfer it from platinum/diamond/pearl, then take it to the elevator in Silph, your rotom can enter various motors in the room and take new forms.

It's because the room is a carbon copy of the event Secret Key-activated room in Platinum's Team Galactic Eterna Building. It kept the book and everything for poor people like me and, by the sounds of it, you too, to read.
