    are you happy about it since you can record your own voice just for his/her star move "Blabber"

    I'm not really happy about this because I do wish that other Pokemon had the move blabber or any other time of move that allows you to record your voice into the mic

    Woah, I didn't know we could do that. I'm TOTALLY catching a Chatot now just for this and making the voice just me screaming.

    Maybe you can get Smeargle to sketch blabber. That might work.
     
    Apparantly you can only record for a few seconds and the quality isn't very good.
     
    Wow, I didn't know about that... the new voice features are a pretty cool part of D/P.
     
    The Blabber voice feature seems great, but in reality, the limited time recording (like 3 secs I think) and the transformation of the sound quality (into a Chatot like voice) makes the recording not that great when attacking.
     
    Um, could I ask how on earth do you record your voice for it?
     
    Your DS has a microphone in it. It's between the two screens. There's also a headset with a mic, but I don't know if it's out in the US or not.

    I don't like it. It's not good quality at all. When I tried it, I didn't like anything that came out of it. You can't understand what you said; it just sounds like random noise.
     
    ive got the headset with mic, quality with it is quite okay.. also nice quality during multiplayer

    I think they tried to make it so that it sounds like Chatot saying it, that's why the quality was so blurred and random. I had it clear and audible once...
     
    I dont really like it cause whenever I say something you can't really hear it clearly.
     
    Yeah, I know about the microphone, but I don't know when you should record... I tried it in battle and nothing happened...
     
    Interesting, I did not know of this. I wonder what else is in this game that I don't know about...
     
    I like using Chatter, it keeps me entertained for a bit.

    The quality sucks, but that just makes it sound more like a Pokemon cry to me. So it doesn't bother me. However, when I heard the quality, I was a bit worried for when I use voice chat next time on WiFi. Since I can't get a microphone for it, since, to my knowledge, the one you can buy is for the DSLite.

    But yeah, it's pretty cool. :]
     
    It sucks, it only records for like 1 or 2 seconds and it sounds horrible since the quality is bad. Sounds like some dying person when I do it. It's a cool addition but they could have made it sound better.

    You can access the record function when you look at Chatot in your team. What you do is you select it, and then click Blabber as if it were a move to be used out of battle like Surf.

    Begin recording by pressing "A" and stop by pressing "B" but the recording won't last long anyway. Then use it in battle and it should say whatever you recorded.
