Hey hey hey, I'm not rooting for Chatty. He does little, so I gotta say what he does right.

Chatot is probably NU, its stats are horrible. I don't think anyones rooting for it.

I like Featherdance. Very good move. I think Farfetch'd gets featherdance too though.

92 Base sp.atk & 90 base speed is not horrible (two R's in horrible?), but what pathetic moves. Farfetch'd has an awesome physical movepool, but such sad stats.

Farfetch'd don't have that amazing of a move pool. Just some cool support moves. Too bad they all have to go to waste. Only thing Farfetch'd can do is put 3 Sword Dances in and hope for Critical Hits with Stick as a hold item.

But yea, something with it's highest stat being Atk (Base 65) is pretty bad. xD

And I just noticed Chatot gets Nasty Plot too. So you could work with that. Maybe try this:

Chatot @ Focus Sash
Nature: Timid(+Spd, -Atk)
Ability: Tangled Feet
EVs: 4 Hp, 252 Spd, 252 Sp. Atk
- Chatter
- Hyper Voice
- Nasty Plot
- Sing/Hidden Power [Ice]

Probably the best thing Chatot can do.
