whats with the colors?

Their blinding

Venusaur: Sleep powder, Leech Seed, Frenzy Plant (Is good in-game),synthesis

Omastar: Ancient Power, Surf, Ice Beam, spikes (?)

Golem: Explosion

Mr.Mime: Barrier, Baton Pass, Psychic, Thunderbolt

Jolteon: use the standard: T-Bolt, Sub, T-wave, HP: Ice

Aero: Pretty good for in game, but Earth quake over Hyper Beam/Fly

Gengar: Sludge Bomb, Thunder, sub, Focus Punch (the new Gengar I'm testing and liking)

Omastar learns Spikes by breeding with Cloyster, though Im not sure whether Cloyster has to breed with anything else to get it.

Also I belive in that most pokes should have at least one move of their type like all water pokes have surf .

Usually true, but what about something like Blissey? Its attack is so pathetic even a STABed Double Edge wouldnt scratch another poke. Its Sp Atk is much better and its a normal poke.

I'm pretty sure Cloyster gets it by level, if not perhaps Qwilfish.

Anyway, take Husks suggestions, but consider Ice Punch over Sludge Bomb and Thunderbolt over Thunder, as Sludge Bomb is to weak coming off his base attack, and Thunderbolt has more PP and accuracy.

Considering it's in-game, you may not have Jolteons Hidden Power may not be Ice, in which case consider Toxic (If he can do it) or Quick Attack.
If you've already checked and it is Ice, stick with it.

Or Baton Pass as a means to hopefully pass on a Sub.

If you don't take Husks suggestions, just make sure Omastar doesn't have Tickle.
