DIALGIA (GENDER NONE ) LV 49
ROAR of time Dragon claw
HYPER BEAM FLASH CANNON

The rest is like the pokemon level much lower than the above one..

I wiped the floor elite four with a level 58 torterra, everything else in the 30s and a few revives.

I recommend raising your pokemon to at least level 50. Once you do that, stock up on items like Full Restore, Max Potion, and Full Heal.

I recommend throwing all your money into Revives.

Just level up. There is no need to offer team advice because the elite four sucks. The game is aimed at ages 3+ and has AI to match. Try to hit for super-effetive damage and your set.
