Moves i want it to learn/keep: LOL
TMs i want it to learn: Superpower/ Draco Meteor/ Flamethrower/ Thunderbolt
I don't want it levelled past level: 55
I want it to evolve: Yes. All the way to Dragonite.

Hahaha. Its funny because it doesn't learn any of the moves.
Yes you are right. Superpower and draco meteor aren't TMs. However, they can be taught by Move Tutors. I could have made that clearer. Sorry.
