Let me start off by saying this team is AWFUL and is not polished in ANY way. I just decided to throw six Pokemon together in the idea of "Rain Dance + Trick Room sounds fun." So honestly the only Pokemon that needs to stay is Politoed.

[PokeCommunity.com] Chillin' in the Rain Broseph

    Politoed (M) @ Choice Specs
    Trait: Drizzle
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Hydro Pump
    - Ice Beam
    - Focus Blast
    - Hidden Power [Electric]

    Hits hard and starts rain.

    Ludicolo (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Rain Dish
    EVs: 76 HP / 180 SAtk / 252 SDef
    Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
    - Surf
    - Leech Seed
    - Toxic
    - Protect

If it gets Toxic + Leech Seed on, it can easily kill anything.

    Dragonite (M) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Multiscale
    EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 SAtk
    Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
    - Outrage
    - Hurricane
    - Thunder
    - ExtremeSpeed

    Escavalier (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Swarm
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
    - Megahorn
    - Iron Head
    - Return
    - Pursuit

    Takes care of Dragons.

    Zapdos @ Life Orb
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 212 HP / 252 SAtk / 44 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Thunder
    - Heat Wave
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Metal Sound

Yeah Heat Wave only gets use if Politoed doesn't appear first but it's been better than who it replaced (Ampharos).

    Slowbro (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Regenerator
    EVs: 248 HP / 200 SAtk / 60 SDef
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Scald
    - Psychic
    - Slack Off
    - Trick Room

Gets Trick Room off. Considering Jellicent > over it though.

For Ludicolo, since you're not using physical attacks, how about you use a Calm nature instead? (unless you're using Trick Room). You can also consider Scald over Surf so that the possible burn can drain the opponent's HP quicker.

    For Dragonite, you can consider:
-Surf or Aqua Tail, for benefiting from the rain
-Brick Break for dealing with Ferrothorn
    -Roost for recovery
(someone else can suggest where those moves can go)

    Unique idea there Luke. :)

Just a couple things, it seems like semi-stall, but with Trick Room's nature it's best to stick to offense so that you're not forced to stall out your own Trick Room. I would suggest Porygon2 > Ludicolo to give you another user of Trick Room, as well as a Pokemon that can utilize the move.

    Porygon2@Eviolite
    Quiet Nature
    252 HP / 252 Sp. Attack / 4 Sp. Def
    Ice Beam
    Thunder
    Recover
    Trick Room

Good luck with the team! :D

(Oh, and with the added Trick Room support, you might be safe running Quiet on Politoed and Zapdos)

Yeah deff Quiet Poli, I run one, and it was only to get weather out but when people used TR it was still deadly if not more. I like your idea with StallColo as well. Good team good far and good luck!
