on the top floor of Mt.Pyre, where the blue/red orb is found... watch out it's just 1% encounter rate ^_^;;

Its just rare but i always find it in a few minutes..... i really don't know why people get such a hard time.Maybe i'm just lucky. :P

Yeah I was lucky as well it was about the third pokemon I found there (After checking where it existed to catch it not when I first trampled there) Well hope u find it :)
