Eh, must decide on one thing first...

Gadget maindeck with chimeratech as support, or chimeratech as maindeck with gadget as machine filler?

It matters *lots* depending on your choices o.o; Basic Gadget decks always go with the first choice, and the 2nd choice got merits to go as well, but the two results in dramatically different spell choices.

I'm not sure :'( . Somewhere in between, I think.

    Not sure... if that's possible.

Gadgets always need to be faceup, and they get run over by anything, and thus they need the protection which eats up half of the deck space. Chimeratech needs speed, and slowly fishing out one monster at a time doesn't do much crap for it... I personally never tried maindeck chimeratech with gadgets as I don't think it's possible either. I tried an almost identical lineup for monster as the SJC top 8 deck, but I just didn't use card destruction, reckless greed and jar of greed to help the speed though...

If you summoned Chimeratech with Future Fusion, wouldn't Chimeratech destroy itself? Cos when it hits the field it destroys all your other cards (if I recall correctly) includin Future Fusion...or is it just me not seeing some sort of combo? Heheh.

Future Fusion is just the tool to put all the machines in the graveyard, then use Overload Fusion to bring out the real Game Overdragon. Complete the combo with Dimension Fusion to call Jinzo, Spell Canceler, Drillroid and Blowback Dragon to negate all traps, spells, defense position monster (reaper) or just directly destroy it with the coin flip effect.

It's instant scoop up besides a winged kuriboh and the likes being facedown, and you need a miraculous hand with exiled force to first blow up spell canceler, then use spells to destroy jinzo to reclaim spells/traps... this is too ideal already.

Yet there it sits...I think the idea's thinning the deck with Gadgets and field with the monster removal that goes with them, then bringing out Chimeratech for the finish...so I guess it's gadget with Chimeratech finisher.

And Chimeratech with gadgets has been done by moi separately...and it does okay.
