Chinese/Japanese card pulled in American pack??

    So i havent been collecting the newer pokemon booster packs very much. But have boughten a decent amount of evolutions booster packs and today i got a single Chinese/Japanese card in one of the boosters. Is this normal? I cant find anything on google and have never gotten one before.

    Haha Yeah, it's a dual-language card and is a secret-rare as Decidueye mentioned.
