4th Gen Choice Scarf?

    Does anybody have any exact details on what the choice scarf does? I know the basics, but does it increase you speed stat or makes the first move chosen attack first always?

    Yeah it increases your speed by 1.5x, it makes you stick to one move, so if you had a Pikachu and choose to use Thunderbolt, you have to carry on using that move after selecting it, unless you switch your pokemon out.
